The Gallery is taking over the former Dominick’s Café in Hudson, and before we open the doors, let’s clear something up:

No, we’re not bringing back their pizza.

We’ve heard the question countless times—and we get it. Dominick’s was a local institution. Known for its casual charm, friendly staff, and especially those classic slices, it served generations of Hudson families. And while we pay tribute to that history, we’re not here to revive it—we’re here to begin a bold new chapter.

Opening Thursday, May 1st at 3 PM, The Gallery is a fresh take on neighborhood dining. The vibe? Upscale-casual, with a menu built for comfort and conversation. Our space is cool, welcoming, and just a short drive away from Mohegan Sun. Whether you're dropping in for a drink, dinner, or a celebration, we’ve created a place that feels like home—just elevated.

Not Pizza by the Slice—Better.

We won’t be serving pizza by the slice.

But we will be serving damn good, house-made pizza and pasta, made fresh every day. Our dough is handcrafted in-house. Our sauces are from scratch. Our toppings are thoughtfully selected. It’s pizza—but not as you remember it. It’s better.

On our Spring Menu, we’re kicking things off with two standout artisan flatbreads:

• Margherita Flatbread – 10
  House Dough, Marinara, Mozzarella, Pecorino, Oregano

• Fig & Goat Cheese Flatbread – 13
  Caramelized Onions, Mozzarella, Roasted Beets, Pistachio Pesto, Balsamic

Paired with a glass of wine or one of our signature cocktails, they’re an instant favorite.

A Menu That Changes with the Seasons

This is just the beginning. Our Spring Menu is built on fresh, seasonal ingredients and will evolve as the local harvest comes in. We’ll be adding weekly features and rotating specials as our team gets fully trained and dialed in. Eventually, you’ll see local farm produce, inventive small plates, and chef-driven entrées that showcase flavor, creativity, and freshness.
