At The Gallery, we believe that great food starts with great ingredients—and nothing says love like pasta made fresh, by hand, right in our kitchen.

For Chef Chris Mullin, pasta isn’t just a dish—it’s a craft, a tradition, and one of his favorite ways to connect with the guests who walk through our doors. From wide, silky ribbons of pappardelle, to delicate sheets of lasagna, fluffy gnocchi, and tender, filled ravioli, every pasta we serve is a reflection of our commitment to freshness and quality.

A Taste of Tradition, Made New

Chef Chris has spent years perfecting the art of pasta, blending classic Italian techniques with his own creative flair. You’ll find timeless favorites on our menu like:

  • Tagliatelle – Light and versatile, perfect for rich sauces.

  • Fettuccine – A classic, made to pair beautifully with our house sauces.

  • Linguine – Ideal for our seafood-forward dishes, like our signature Fra Diavolo.

  • Ricotta Gnocchi – Soft, pillowy bites that melt in your mouth.

  • Hand-Cut Pappardelle – Wide and hearty, perfect for our slow-braised short rib ragout.

And we’re always experimenting—creating new shapes, flavors, and fillings to keep things exciting on the Menu. Whether it’s a seasonal butternut squash ravioli, or a classic lasagna layered with house-made sauce and fresh mozzarella, our kitchen is alive with the sound (and smell) of pasta being made.

Fresh, In-House, and All About Flavor

What sets The Gallery apart is our dedication to doing things the right way. We don’t cut corners. Every batch of dough is rolled, cut, stuffed, and cooked with care—right here, in-house. It’s about more than tradition; it’s about giving NEPA a fresh perspective on what dining out can be.

We’re proud to bring something handcrafted and heartfelt to the table—every time.

Next time you visit The Gallery, take a moment to savor the difference that fresh pasta makes. And if you catch a glimpse into the kitchen, you just might see Chef Chris at the pasta bench, flour on his hands, doing what he loves most.
